• Kickin’ Salmon Bowl

  • Prepare Brown Rice separately in a medium pot.
  • Dry roast the Edamame in a nonstick skillet.
  • Take a medium sized skillet and add Olive Oil.
  • Take Salmon and season with Paprika, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper sear on one skin side down first for 3 mins and turn it over and sear for another 3 mins.
  • Assemble rice, edamame and salmon in storage container to enjoy.
  • Pan Roasted Chicken Breast w/ Roasted Sweet Potato
    • Chicken Breast
    • Sweet Potato
    • Chili Powder
    • Garlic Powder
    • Salt/Black Pepper
  • Spray a nonstick baking pan with Olive Oil.
  • Place Sweet Potato on pan split in half season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook at 325 for 20-25 mins or until fork tender.
  • Season Chicken Breast with Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper.
  • Add olive oil to pan and cook chicken on one side for 7 mins on medium heat turn over and cook for remaining 5 mins.
  • Assemble in storage container to enjoy.

  • Quinoa Bowl
    • Quinoa
    • Wild Rice
    • Red Bell Pepper
    • Lime
    • Barley
    • Garlic Powder
    • Chili Powder
    • Cilantro
    • Jalapeño (If spicy preferred)
    • Salt/Black Pepper
  • Prepare Quinoa separately in medium pot.
  • Prepare Rice separately in medium pot.
  • Prepare Barley separately in medium pot.
  • Assemble Quinoa, Barley, Rice in a mixing bowl.
  • Season with Garlic Powder, Chili Powder and Salt and Pepper.
  • Add Cilantro, Lime (Jalapeño for heat).
  • Mix Well.
  • Assemble in storage bowl to enjoy.
  • Veggie Fried Rice

    • Soy Sauce

  • Prepare Brown Rice separately in medium pot.
  • In a wok add olive oil.
  • Add garlic, green onions. Sauté for 2 mins.
  • Add bell pepper, green peas and carrots.
  • In a small bowl add ginger, soy sauce and chili flakes and mix.
  • Add brown rice and sauce mixture and cook for 4 mins.
  • Add egg.
  • Assemble in storage container to enjoy.
  • Tabbouleh w/ Grilled Chicken
    • Chicken Breast
    • Bulgar Wheat
    • Squash
    • Brussel Sprout
    • Cucumber
    • Tomato
    • Green Onion
    • Garlic

    • Salt/Black Pepper
  • Prepare Bulgar Wheat separately in medium pot.
  • Medium dice Squash and Brussel Sprouts spray nonstick baking pan with olive oil, add salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15 mins 350.
  • Take Chicken Breast and season with spices and place on inside grill pan or sauté skillet and cook on medium heat for 7 mins.
  • In a large mixing bowl assemble wheat, veggies, lemon juice and spices/herbs.
  • Assemble in storage container to enjoy.
  • Shrimp Quinoa Bowl
    • Shrimp
    • Quinoa
    • Black Beans
    • Jalapeño
    • Onion
    • Garlic
    • Paprika
    • Chili Powder
    • Olive Oil
    • Salt/Black Pepper
  • Prepare Quinoa in separate medium pot.
  • Sauté garlic, shrimp and spices in medium pan on medium heat in olive oil.
  • Small dice veggies.
  • In a medium mixing bowl assemble veggies, quinoa and shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble in storage container to enjoy.
  • BIG Grains Bowl w/ Dressing
    • Basil
    • Garlic
    • Pine Nuts
    • Olive Oil
    • Arugula
    • Mixed Greens
    • Quinoa
    • Brown Rice
    • Salt/Black Pepper
  • Prepare Brown Rice separately in medium pot.
  • Prepare Quinoa separately in medium pot.
  • Blend together basil, olive oil, pine nuts and garlic in food processor for sauce.
  • In a large mixing bowl assemble mixed greens, arugula, brown rice and quinoa.
  • Add salt and pepper and dressing, mix well.
  • Assemble in storage container to enjoy.
